Role Description We are looking for a proactive and independent person to take ownership of Tratak’s growth, business development, customer experience and execution.
The role will involve identifying new business and revenue opportunities, building partnerships and collaborations, developing workshops and new experiences, improving customer experience, and turning ideas into action.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in growth, business development, marketing, partnerships or a similar role.
- Experience with a fitness, wellness, yoga or similar studio/business is highly preferred.
- Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently without needing daily instructions.
- Someone who wants to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility.
