Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Solar Products
About the Role
Chemi Tech Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Professional based in Noida to drive sales of our Solar Structures, FRP products and Balance of System (BoS) solutions across North India.
The role will involve developing relationships with solar EPC companies, installers, developers, industrial customers and other solar industry stakeholders, generating new business and managing existing customers.
Product Portfolio
The candidate will be responsible for sales of:
FRP Products – Cable Trays, Walkways/Gratings, Handrails and other FRP solutions
Solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS) – Rooftop and ground-mounted solar structures
Solar Balance of System (BoS) – Solar connectors and other solar accessories
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales across North India
Identify and approach solar EPC companies, installers, project developers and industrial customers.
Generate new enquiries through regular market visits, networking and direct customer interaction.
Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and solutions.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into orders.
Regularly visit customers and upcoming solar project sites to identify new opportunities.
Promote the complete Chemi Tech portfolio and develop cross-selling opportunities across FRP, MMS and BoS products.
Track upcoming rooftop, C&I and utility-scale solar projects in the region.
Coordinate internally for order processing, production, material availability and dispatch.
Follow up for timely payments and maintain customer account discipline.
Maintain regular sales pipeline, enquiry and customer visit reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Good working knowledge of English.
2–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Experience in Solar, Electrical, FRP, Cable Management, Steel Structures, EPC or related engineering products will be preferred.
Existing relationships with solar EPCs and installers will be a strong advantage.
Should be comfortable with extensive customer visits and travel.
Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Self-driven and capable of independently developing new customers and territories.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is strong in field sales and business development rather than only inside sales. The candidate should be comfortable meeting new customers, developing relationships and taking ownership of opportunities from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
