Recruitment Associate

AcadHire is looking for a proactive and target oriented Recruitment Associate to join our growing team.
📍 Location: South Delhi | In person
💰 CTC: ₹3 LPA
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end to end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure
• Conduct candidate calling, follow ups and screening
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches and other channels
• Identify and reach out to potential school clients through calling, LinkedIn and other channels
• Generate leads and support business development activities
• Build and maintain candidate and client pipelines
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment and business development trackers using Excel
• Complete assigned targets within defined timelines
• Take ownership of assigned work and ensure timely execution
