Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of inside sales executives/patient advisor handling inbound enquiries and outbound calling
Drive conversion of consultations into treatment onboardings against daily/weekly/monthly targets
Monitor calling quality, lead follow-up discipline, and CRM hygiene across the team
Track and report key metrics: lead-to-consultation conversion, consultation-to-treatment conversion, call volumes, and revenue
Conduct regular call audits and provide structured feedback/training to improve team performance
Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams to align on campaign execution, lead flow, and walk-ins
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement process improvements
Handle escalations and complex patient queries requiring a senior, empathetic touch
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for leadership review
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
Experience in healthcare, wellness, ed-tech, or BFSI inside sales preferred
Strong people management and coaching skills
Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/sales analytics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-growth environment
