Trade Marketing Manager
A leading European manufacturer establishing its India shared-services centre, now building the trade marketing team behind its dealer and distributor network
Location: Pune or Chennai, on-site

This European manufacturer is setting up a shared-services centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to build a trade marketing function inside it, one that supports the company's dealer and distributor network across several markets, not just India. It is a ground-floor seat in a centre that is still taking shape.
Why This Role Exists
The dealer network has grown faster than the marketing support behind it, and requests for point-of-sale material, trade promotions, and dealer collateral currently get handled ad hoc by whoever has time. This role exists to turn that into an actual programme with a plan, a budget, and a person accountable for it.
What You'll Run
Trade Programmes
Plan and run trade promotions and dealer incentive campaigns
Manage the production and distribution of point-of-sale and dealer collateral
Own the trade marketing budget and report on return by programme
Sales and Channel Support
Build the tools and playbooks the dealer network uses to sell
Coordinate with regional sales teams to prioritise what gets built next
Track channel-level performance and feed it back into the next quarter's plan
Who Fits This Role
4 to 9 years in trade, channel, or distributor marketing
Experience supporting a dealer or distributor network, ideally in manufacturing or industrial goods
Strong coordination skills across sales, production, and marketing
Clear written and spoken English
Extra Credit
Experience working with a shared-services or multi-market marketing setup
Familiarity with dealer management or trade promotion software
