Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, from concept development through construction documentation and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, guiding design teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that designs meet regulatory, safety, and client requirements. The role involves active participation in client meetings, overseeing project timelines, managing design revisions, and maintaining quality standards throughout all project phases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
Proficiency in Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools and workflow coordination (e.g., BIM, CAD, and related digital platforms).
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Relevant professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Experience managing mid- to large-scale projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or institutional sectors.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and engage confidently with clients and vendors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, visualization software).
