Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation – B2B Sales role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and qualifying new B2B leads, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and conducting market research to target relevant organizations in healthcare, wellness, and related sectors. The Lead Generation specialist will engage prospects through calls, emails, social channels, and events, schedule and conduct sales presentations or demos, and collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, using CRM tools to manage data, and providing regular reporting on lead quality, conversion rates, and market insights. The individual will work closely with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth and expand Mamily’s reach among corporate and institutional partners.
Qualifications
Strong lead generation capabilities, including experience identifying and qualifying new leads and managing a B2B sales pipeline.
Demonstrated skills in lead generation and sales, with the ability to convert qualified opportunities into long-term relationships.
Proficiency in market research to understand customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication skills for engaging prospects, delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes; familiarity with digital outreach channels is an advantage.
Prior B2B sales experience in healthcare, wellness, technology, or related domains is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage targets, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
