We are looking for a Commercial / Finance Professional to join our team for Project Commercial & Financial Monitoring.
🎓 Qualification:
MBA (Finance)
M.Com
CA Inter / CMA Inter
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Verification of vendor bills, invoices, supporting documents, payment compliance and payment tracking.
Monitoring project expenditure, CAPEX utilisation and highlighting deviations.
Managing daily payment approvals, supporting-document verification and implementation of the approval process.
Monthly monitoring of physical project progress, including site visits and reporting deviations.
Monitoring project inventory and material movement, including reconciliation and discrepancy reporting.
Ensuring adherence to SOPs, DOA matrix and monthly project progress reporting.
Reviewing insurance policies for adequacy, coverage verification and renewal tracking.
Coordination with Project, Finance, Procurement, Stores and Management teams.
Preparation of MIS, variance analysis and management reports.
🔹 Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, accounting and financial analysis.
Understanding of project costing, CAPEX and commercial processes.
Good analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
Willingness to undertake project/site visits.
Experience in infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or industrial projects will be an advantage.
