🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
🏗️ Position: Mechanical Engineer – Project Audit
🔹 Key Requirements
* 3-4+ years of relevant experience in Project Audit / Bill Certification / Quantity Surveying
.* Project Audit and Bill Certification experience is mandatory
.* Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity verification, measurements, drawings and technical specifications
.* Experience in verifying actual executed quantities vs. contractor bills
.* Knowledge of mechanical works including piping, HVAC, utilities and equipment installation
.* Ability to identify billing discrepancies, excess claims, quality issues and contractual deviations
.* Strong analytical, documentation and report-writing skills
.* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
.* Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required

🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Conduct technical and project audits of mechanical works
.* Verify contractor bills, BOQs, measurements and executed quantities
.* Conduct physical/site verification of project works
.* Compare billed quantities with actual execution and PO/WO terms
.* Identify cost leakages, discrepancies, risks and process gaps
.* Prepare audit observations, reports and recommendations
.* Coordinate with project teams, contractors and audit professionals
.* Assist in developing audit checklists, procedures and documentation
