📍 Location: Delhi | Work from Office – 5 Days a Week
🕐 Shift: Evening Shift | Aligned with US Business Hours (1:30 pm - 10 PM)

We are hiring an experienced US Accounting Associate / Senior Associate to join our growing Finance & Accounting Shared Services team.
The role will involve working directly with US-based CPA firms and businesses and managing end-to-end accounting activities as an extension of their finance teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals and adjustments
• Perform bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations and independently resolve discrepancies
• Prepare accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements within defined timelines
• Maintain clean and audit-ready books using QuickBooks Online
• Proactively identify anomalies, variances and process gaps
• Communicate directly with US-based clients for queries, clarifications and reporting requirements
• Support onboarding of new clients, including Chart of Accounts setup and process documentation
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✅ 5–7 years of accounting experience, including significant experience working with US clients
✅ Strong hands-on experience in reconciliations, month-end closing and financial statement preparation
✅ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
✅ Good understanding of US GAAP and US accounting practices
✅ Comfortable working in evening shifts and experience in Team handling
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients
✅ CA / CA Inter / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred, but not mandatory
