Hiring: Missions Operations Engineer | Bengaluru
We are looking for an experienced Missions Operations Engineer to join our Mission Planning Group and work on next-generation LEO satellite systems for precise Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT).
📍 Location: Bengaluru
🏢 Work Mode: 100% On-site
💼 Experience: 5+ years | Satellite Operations preferred
⚡ Joining: Immediate
💰 CTC: Competitive, based on experience
🛰️ What You'll Do
Plan and execute satellite operations and maneuvers
Monitor satellite health and identify/analyze anomalies
Support orbital event tracking and delta-V planning
Develop and execute launch, early & nominal operations procedures
Work with platform and payload teams on satellite operational modes
Support fleet management, automation and anomaly detection
🔑 What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace, Physics or relevant technical discipline
5+ years of hands-on Satellite Operations experience
Strong knowledge of orbital mechanics, satellite architecture, sensor data & maneuver planning
Experience with STK, Python, MATLAB or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with complex/uncertain tracking data
