Work Style & Expectations
High ownership

Daily collaboration with a small, strong team of engineers solving complex problems
If you are NOT deeply passionate about coding and systems, this role will not be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end product experiences: dashboards, workflows, admin tools, AI-driven interfaces
Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean, intuitive UX
Own wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Design scalable design systems and reusable components
Think deeply about user flows, edge cases, and system constraints
Iterate fast based on feedback, data, and real-world usage
Design Stack (You Must Be Strong Here)
Figma (expert-level): components, auto-layout, variants, design systems
Spline (required): 3D elements, motion, interactive visuals
Strong grasp of UX principles: information architecture, usability, accessibility
Experience designing complex web apps (not just marketing pages)
