At Stocks Sena, we’re building a platform focused on making financial data and stock analysis more accessible and reliable for investors.
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst Intern who can help us ensure that the financial data and ratios presented on our platform are accurate.
What you’ll do
Your core responsibility will be to verify the financial data displayed on Stocks Sena directly against companies’ official Annual Reports and financial statements.
You will:
• Cross-check financial figures such as Revenue, Profit, EPS, Equity, Debt, Cash Flow, etc.
• Calculate financial ratios such as P/E, ROE, ROCE, margins, Debt/Equity, PEG, and other key metrics and compare them with what is displayed on our platform.
• Identify and report any incorrect figures, calculation errors, or inconsistencies immediately.
• Maintain a structured record of companies checked, financial years reviewed, figures verified, ratios calculated, and discrepancies found.
• Work closely with the team to continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of our financial database.
Who should apply?
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
• Is comfortable reading and analysing Annual Reports
• Has excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Is comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Has a genuine interest in equity research and financial analysis
• CFA Level I cleared candidates preferred
• Students and fresh graduates with a relevant finance background are welcome to apply
