Role Description The Business Process Outsourcing Manager role at ImaginXP is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves overseeing end-to-end BPO operations, including planning, implementing, and optimizing business processes to support academic, administrative, and learner support functions. The manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze process efficiency, and implement improvements to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing budgets and financial performance of outsourced activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service-level agreements. The role also requires mentoring team members, resolving operational issues, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance learner experience and organizational scalability.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process management, including design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflows.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and process optimization.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Working knowledge of Finance related to budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis of outsourcing operations.
Experience in Outsourcing management, vendor coordination, and maintaining service-level standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in BPO, shared services, or operations management, preferably in education or service-based industries.
Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, CRM or ERP systems).
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
