Role Description The Manager Training and Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing training programs and placement activities for learners. In this role, the manager coordinates with academic teams, industry partners, and hiring organizations to design and implement training interventions that enhance employability. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing student orientation for placements, conducting skill development workshops, organizing recruitment drives, and maintaining relationships with corporate partners. The role also involves tracking placement outcomes, providing guidance and counseling to learners on career pathways, and ensuring a high standard of customer service for students and recruiters. The manager is expected to supervise placement staff, prepare reports and dashboards on training and placement performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and the ability to lead training and placement initiatives.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation abilities, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building with students and industry partners.
Candidates should possess solid Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate employability programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
Candidates should possess effective Customer Service capabilities to support learners and recruiters, handle queries, and ensure a positive placement experience.
Relevant experience in training, campus placements, career services, or talent acquisition, preferably in education or Ed-tech sectors.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting tools.
