Role Description The Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This position is responsible for supporting business and technical development initiatives, including gathering requirements, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and improvement of processes and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting in software and programming projects, preparing documentation and presentations, and tracking key performance indicators. The Development Specialist will also support sales-related development activities, such as creating proposals, providing technical input for client discussions, and helping align solutions with customer needs. The role involves regular communication with internal stakeholders, problem-solving, and proactive participation in planning and review meetings.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Comfort with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., office suites, project management or CRM software).
Prior experience in a development, business analysis, or technical role is an advantage but not mandatory.
