Role Description The Retail Merchandiser role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves planning and executing product displays, ensuring shelves are properly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing to maximize sales and customer engagement. The Retail Merchandiser will monitor inventory levels, track product performance, and coordinate with store staff and suppliers to maintain optimal stock and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include visiting retail outlets, collecting market feedback, implementing merchandising standards, and supporting sales activities to meet targets and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with store teams and customers.
Customer Service and Retail skills to manage in-store activities and uphold a positive shopper experience.
Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support revenue growth and implement promotional campaigns effectively.
Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and inventory management.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple store visits, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
Prior experience in retail merchandising, FMCG, or related sales roles is preferred.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
