Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, enterprise application development, backend technologies, databases, and modern frontend development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle, Apache Kafka, and React JS, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java enterprise applications.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
Write clean, optimized, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Optimize application performance through code refactoring, tuning, and continuous improvement.
Work extensively with Oracle databases, including SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Teams, Architects, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to frontend development using React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
