Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take ownership of product quality, stability, and release confidence across complex, multi-module platforms.
This role goes beyond basic test execution.
You will work closely with product, engineering, business analysts, and support teams to ensure features behave correctly in real-world, large-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Regression Testing
Perform functional testing across:
Web platforms (VMS, ICCC, UNMS, SAFER)
Mobile applications (Android & iOS)
Execute regression testing before every release.
Validate fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Release & Stability Ownership
Participate in release planning and pre-release sanity testing.
Ensure critical workflows remain stable across updates.
Identify edge cases related to scale, permissions, roles, and configurations.
Test Design & Documentation
Create and maintain:
Test cases
Test scenarios
Bug reports with clear reproduction steps
Work closely with Business Analysts to align test coverage with functional requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with developers to explain issues clearly and verify fixes.
Support internal teams during deployments and demos when required.
Help ensure production issues are minimized through strong pre-release validation.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in a product or enterprise tech environment.
Strong understanding of:
Functional testing
Regression testing
Release validation
Experience testing web-based platforms and mobile applications.
Ability to think in terms of real-world usage, workflows, and failure scenarios.
Clear communication and structured bug reporting.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Exposure to VMS, AI/ML systems, Surveillance, IoT, GovTech, or Smart City platforms.
Experience testing role-based access systems, dashboards, and large configuration-driven platforms.
Basic understanding of APIs, logs, and system behavior (not mandatory).
