Business Outreach Associate – Remote
Company: PTEarn
Location: Remote – India
Role: Business Outreach Associate
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Department: Business Development / Partnerships
About the Role
PTEarn is building a platform that connects people looking for flexible work opportunities with businesses that need part-time workers, gig workers, freelancers, field associates, or task-based support.
We are looking for a Business Outreach Associate who can identify businesses online, connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their workforce or task requirements, and introduce them to PTEarn.
This is an online outreach role. You will primarily communicate with businesses through LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp Business, business directories and other digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
Research and identify businesses that may require part-time, temporary, freelance, gig or task-based workers.
Find relevant decision-makers such as business owners, founders, HR managers, recruiters and operations managers.
Reach out to prospective businesses through LinkedIn, email, phone and other appropriate online channels.
Introduce PTEarn and clearly explain how businesses can use the platform to find flexible workers.
Understand the business's actual hiring or task requirement before treating it as a qualified opportunity.
Encourage interested businesses to register on PTEarn and post genuine opportunities.
Follow up with businesses that have expressed interest.
Schedule calls with the PTEarn team when further discussion is required.
Maintain accurate records of businesses contacted, responses, requirements and follow-up status.
Collect feedback from businesses about their hiring challenges and communicate those insights to the PTEarn team.
Meet agreed outreach and qualified-business-lead targets while maintaining communication quality.
Who Should Apply
Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills, confidence approaching businesses online, basic internet research ability, and comfort using LinkedIn, email and spreadsheets. Previous experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, recruitment or B2B outreach is useful, but you could make the position fresher-friendly if you provide scripts and training.
Experience with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or prospecting tools can be listed as an advantage rather than mandatory. Those tools are commonly requested in comparable remote outreach roles.
