Role Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support informed business decisions. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations, managing taxation aspects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
The position requires collaboration with internal teams to align financial objectives with broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Preparation and analysis of financial reports
Cash flow monitoring and financial performance tracking
Ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Managing taxation-related processes
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency
Supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights
Coordinating with cross-functional teams on financial matters
Qualifications & Skills
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance processes
Knowledge of taxation, cash flow management, and risk management principles
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA, CA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
