Seeking a Bermuda-Based Partner for Insurance Licensing & BMA Regulatory Approvals
Clause & Cause is currently looking to connect with Bermuda-based law firms, insurance managers, regulatory consultants, or other professional service providers with experience in Bermuda insurance licensing and BMA regulatory approvals.
We are seeking a suitable partner who can assist with the insurance licensing process for a new Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance venture, including:
• Preparation and submission of the license application
• Regulatory and compliance documentation
• Liaison with the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA)
• Guidance throughout the regulatory review process
• Support through to obtaining the required regulatory approval
Prior experience with Bermuda insurance and reinsurance licensing is preferred.
