Role Description The Academic Counsellor Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Gurugram. The intern will interact with students and families to understand academic goals, challenges, and interests, and provide guidance on suitable tutoring plans and study strategies. Typical responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with academic advising, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and coordinating with tutors to align support with student needs. The intern will also help explain course offerings, track student progress, and provide feedback to improve the overall learning experience. Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to understand student needs and guide learning pathways.

Candidates should possess skills in Career Counseling and Education to support students in making informed academic and career-related decisions.
Relevant coursework or a degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to build rapport with students, maintain confidentiality, and work ethically in a diverse learning environment.
Organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
Prior experience or internships in academic counseling, tutoring, or student support services is an advantage but not mandatory.
