INTERIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Role Description The Interior Quantity Surveyor role at Heaven Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works, estimating costs, and supporting tender preparation and evaluation. The Interior Quantity Surveyor will monitor project budgets, track variations, and coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The position includes preparing regular cost reports, supporting procurement decisions, verifying contractor bills, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and company standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support accurate forecasting and transparent financial tracking.
Candidates should possess strong BOQ preparation and analysis skills for interior works and related materials.
Relevant educational background in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience in interior or fit-out projects, with familiarity in materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimation software; ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
