Civil Site Engineer

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Civil Site Engineer. The Civil Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with team members, conducting inspections, and ensuring structural designs are implemented accurately and safely. The role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Experience in on-site construction management and overseeing daily operations
Strong understanding of structural engineering and ability to interpret technical designs
Proficiency in quality control and maintaining construction standards
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience working in civil engineering roles, especially in a construction setting
Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to a dynamic construction environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for timely progress.
Prepare and maintain site documentation like measurement books, material receipts, and inspection reports.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with senior engineers.
Track material usage and minimize wastage.
