Role Description The Senior Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will guide clients through the property buying, selling, and investment process, providing informed advice based on market data and project offerings. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, conducting property viewings, and managing negotiation and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and clients, preparing accurate property proposals, and keeping up to date with market trends in RED’s focus areas. The Senior Property Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience aligned with RED’s data-driven and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored property advice, and support decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and managing client expectations.
Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
Solid understanding of the real estate market, particularly in areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and the Red Sea.
Experience working with or for real estate developers, or in brokerage environments, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage field visits, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using technology and data tools to support recommendations.
Fluency in English and Arabic, with
