Role Description The Real Estate Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle client inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage end-to-end sales processes for residential and commercial properties across RED’s covered areas. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting suitable property options, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing sales contracts, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth closing procedures. The role requires maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, using data and technology tools to support client recommendations, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The agent will also contribute to building long-term client relationships, participate in sales campaigns, and represent RED’s brand and values in all interactions.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate knowledge, with the ability to manage property listings and transactions.
Valid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one) and familiarity with local property regulations and documentation.
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, including lead generation, client consultation, and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and data-backed insights to support sales decisions and client presentations.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and travel within RED’s covered areas as needed.
Previous experience in real estate or related sales roles is preferred; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
