Marketing and Communications Manager

IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre is a Technology Business Incubator that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.
We are looking for a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager to completely manage and own communications, marketing and content creation activities for the centre.
This is an on-site role and the applicant must be willing to relocate to Udaipur. The selected candidate will be offered a 2-year contract.
Key responsibilities -
Build and manage the monthly content calendar to enhance visibility of the centre, promote programs and startups
Direct social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertising performance.
Create engaging video content on specific topics related to entrepreneurship in vernacular languages
Redesign and manage the website
Role requirements
Minimum 3-years of experience in marketing, creative writing, content creation and social-media marketing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication (can be relaxed based on relevant experience)
Strong written and oral skills
Proficiency in social-media campaign management
Proficiency with the use of tools like Canva
Skilled in with photography and video production
