About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end recruitment across retail stores and corporate functions for a leading retail organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.
Support high-volume and replacement hiring for retail stores, including EBO and MBO formats.
Handle recruitment for corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, IT and HR.
Coordinate interviews, stakeholder follow-ups, offer closures and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and MIS.
Ensure timely position closures and a positive candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
Exposure to retail, e-commerce, consumer, lifestyle or sportswear hiring preferred.
Experience in high-volume / frontline hiring will be an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel and ATS.
Candidates with strong agency recruitment experience are also welcome.
