Executive Accountant

Role Description
Manage daily accounting, billing, books of accounts, and financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Manage office administration, records, supplies, and facilities.
Coordinate with employees, vendors, and service providers.
Manage procurement, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure purchases stay within budget.
Qualifications
Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry posting, and reconciliation of accounts.
Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis to support decision-making.
Experience with accounting software and ERP tools, along with solid skills in spreadsheets and other office productivity applications.
Knowledge of local tax laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial, as is familiarity with cost accounting and inventory management.
