We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Creative Sales with 2–5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, media, advertising, events, or branding agency.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach brands for sponsorship opportunities across events, campaigns, and content properties.
● Generate new business through brand partnerships and strategic collaborations.
● Build and maintain relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.
● Develop sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and customized partnership packages.
● Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
● Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to deliver successful brand collaborations.
● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
● Track industry trends and identify partnership opportunities within the lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, luxury, nightlife, and consumer brand ecosystem.
Requirements
● 2–5 years of business development experience in a marketing, advertising, media, events, or creative agency.
● Proven experience in closing sponsorships and brand partnerships.
● Strong network of marketing professionals, agencies, or consumer brands is preferred.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
