Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Head – Fashion Brand role based in Noida. The Creative Head will lead the creative vision for a fashion brand, translating brand strategy into compelling visual concepts, campaigns, and content across digital and offline touchpoints. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end creative direction for lookbooks, campaigns, social media, and brand films, as well as overseeing moodboards, shoots, styling direction, and design language to ensure a cohesive brand identity. The role will collaborate closely with founders, marketing, design, and production teams to align creative output with growth goals and premium positioning. The Creative Head will manage and mentor a small team of designers and creators, review deliverables for quality and brand fit, and stay ahead of fashion, culture, and content trends to keep the brand aspirational and relevant.
Qualifications
Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to shape campaign concepts, content frameworks, and overall brand narratives for fashion.
Proven Branding expertise, including experience defining visual identity, tone of voice, and positioning for premium or luxury brands.
Hands-on Graphic Design capabilities with a refined aesthetic sense for layout, typography, color, and fashion-focused visual storytelling.
Demonstrated Team Management experience, including mentoring creatives, briefing teams, providing structured feedback, and managing timelines.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors, with a portfolio showcasing fashion campaigns, lookbooks, social content, and brand films.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, production, and external partners such as photographers and stylists.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, short-form video, and content trends relevant to fashion and culture-driven brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion Communication, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
