We are inviting students to join a hands-on 3-Week US Sales Bootcamp where you’ll learn by
doing, work with the US market, and build real-world sales skills—not sit through boring
lectures.
You’ll get exposure to US B2B sales, prospecting, client conversations, pitching, objection
handling, negotiation, and account management, with mentorship from experienced sales
professionals.

Your 3-Week Journey
Week 1 — Learn
Understand US B2B sales, prospecting, customer needs and effective sales communication.
Week 2 — Practise
Build your pitching, discovery, objection-handling and negotiation skills with guidance from sales
professionals.
Week 3 — Perform
Put your skills into action, take ownership, receive feedback and demonstrate your sales
potential.
What Happens Next?
● Pre-final-year students:
Strong performers can continue with Fresh Prints as a Jr. ISA while completing their
degree, working with US clients and earning 4% uncapped commission.
After graduation:
Successful Jr. ISAs can transition into a Full-Time Inside Sales Associate role
through a PPO, with:
- $780/month fixed salary
- Approx. ₹8.5–9 LPA fixed CTC
- 4% uncapped commission
- Estimated ₹10–12 LPA annual earnings with incentives
- Health Insurance + Mental Health Benefits
Your journey can look like this:
US Sales Bootcamp → Jr. ISA → Graduate → Full-Time ISA through PPO
● Final-year students:
Students who have completed or are currently completing their final/last semester
and final examinations can be considered directly for a Full-Time ISA PPO after
graduation, based on their performance during the bootcamp.

● Interested in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Entrepreneurship
● Excited to work with US clients
● Ready to take ownership and learn fast
Programme Details
● Duration: 3 weeks
● Format: 100% Remote
● Market: United States
● Hours: 7:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST, Monday–Friday
● Commitment: 25–35 hours/week
Important: The working hours are aligned with US client hours and are non-negotiable. Apply
