About NirveonX
NirveonX is a company focused on building specialized digital products, starting with MedzzApp, a platform designed for medical students. Its approach is “precision first, breadth second” developing one field deeply before expanding into others, and it aims to expand into fields such as allied health, computer science, engineering, law, language, and business.
Why this internship is different
Most internships hand you a well-defined ticket in a well-defined codebase. This one hands you a problem that did not have a good solution before LLMs existed. NirveonX is rebuilding its product surface to be AI-native, not AI bolted onto an existing flow, but products whose core loop is a model doing work a human used to do. An AI learning assistant that resolves a learner's doubt at 2 AM. Agents that review code submissions and give feedback with a mentor's judgment. Systems that read thousands of hours of counselor conversations and tell us what learners are actually confused about. Evaluation harnesses that tell us whether any of it is getting better. This is genuinely unsolved work, and it moves fast enough that a six-month intern can own a piece of it end to end. You will not be shadowing someone. You will ship to production, in front of real learners, in your first few weeks.
What you'll work on
You'll be placed on one of the teams based on your interests and strengths. Every track involves building with LLMs; the difference is what you're pointing them at.
Core Product & Platform
NirveonX is envisioned as a unified master AI platform for learning and knowledge across multiple domains. Instead of building completely separate apps for every field, NirveonX provides a common intelligent platform where users can access specialized, domain specific experiences from one ecosystem. The platform starts with Medicine through MedzzApp, and is designed to progressively expand into areas such as Allied Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Languages, Business, and other disciplines.
What we're looking for
● Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving; this still matters, and we will test it.
● Ability to build a non-trivial web application end-to-end, with real comfort in JavaScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred).
● Working knowledge of at least one backend language and one relational database, including how to write a query that doesn't fall over at scale.
● A sense for both high-level system design and the low-level details underneath it.
● You care about writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code even when the problem is hard and the deadline is close.
● Evidence that you build things. Side projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, a repo you're proud of, we would rather see what you've shipped than what you've listed.
● Comfort working across functions, with product, design and mentors, and communicating clearly in writing.
