And we’re looking for a Visual Merchandiser who knows how to turn a space into an experience — and an experience into better sell-through.

The Role
The VM will own store execution across our current EBOs in Kerala and Bengaluru, with our upcoming high-street store opening as the first major deliverable.
Beyond aesthetics, the role comes with a clear commercial brief — using smarter floor planning, planogram decisions, and inventory visibility to improve sell-through and store performance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Own planograms, wall elevations, window displays & daily store VM standards
• Lead NSO setups and develop replicable VM kits for upcoming stores
• Build and execute a 12-month VM calendar aligned with festive periods and collection drops
• Drive sell-through-led floor planning — slow movers, ageing inventory & EOSS restructuring
• Develop the VM manual and brand standards documentation
• Train store teams and build VM capabilities across locations
• Manage VM budgets, vendors and execution
• Work closely with retail, merchandising and business teams to connect VM decisions with commercial outcomes
👀 What We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years of VM experience in apparel/fashion retail; EBO/MBO experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sell-through data and the ability to translate insights into floor decisions
• Hands-on experience with planograms, wall elevations and window displays
• Ability to independently manage VM across multiple stores with minimal hand-holding
• Willingness to travel frequently across locations
• Strong commercial understanding of inventory ageing, markdown cycles and sell-through pressure
• Experience creating VM SOPs, manuals or brand standards
• Prior experience with New Store Openings (NSO) in fashion retail
• Comfortable with basic design tools such as Canva, CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with the South Indian festive retail calendar — Onam, Vishu, Eid, Pongal, Christmas, etc.
⭐ Preferred Background
We’d especially love to hear from candidates who have worked with:
• Multi-city EBO retail operations, preferably in mid-premium fashion/lifestyle brands
• D2C fashion brands scaling into physical retail
• Brands where they’ve had the opportunity to build VM systems, processes and standards from the ground up
