Retail Inventory & Replenishment In charge Executive

At MyDesignation, we’re looking for someone who can ensure the right product reaches the right store at the right time — while keeping stock, sales, and backend coordination running smoothly.

What You’ll Own
Monitor daily sales and store-wise stock levels.
Identify replenishment requirements for each store and ensure timely action.
Coordinate with the warehouse and store teams for stock dispatch and in warding.
Track new launches and ensure products reach stores on time.
Monitor out-of-stock and low-stock situations and drive timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate store-wise replenishment and stock trackers.
Follow up on pending stock requirements until closure.
Own Store–Backend coordination through MIS, sales reporting, operational follow-ups, and ad-hoc requirements.
Act as the single point of contact between Store Teams and
Backend/Support Functions for stock, MIS, and operational requirements.
Take complete ownership and accountability for overall store stock availability.
Who We’re Looking For Someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Strong in MIS, Excel, reporting, and data tracking.
Good at coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
Able to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Location: Mydesignation Office, Banglore
