Role Overview
The Associate / Senior Associate – Delivery (Recruitment) will be responsible for end-to-end execution of recruitment mandates, primarily within the manufacturing sector. The role involves talent sourcing, assessment, candidate management, and client engagement while ensuring timely delivery and achievement of financial as well as profile presentation targets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Research: Conduct extensive industry research to understand talent landscape across target manufacturing sectors.
Prepare long lists aligned with client requirements and role specifications.
Map adjacent and relevant talent pools to expand candidate reach.
Sourcing: Identify and source relevant candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and headhunting techniques.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across assigned manufacturing sectors.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed screening and evaluation of candidates.
Carry out virtual call assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for the position.
Present shortlisted candidates with comprehensive skill, experience, and competency assessment notes.
Ensure quality and speed of delivery within defined timelines.
Delivery & Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, offer management, and joining follow-ups.
Ensure seamless communication between candidates and clients.
Financial Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales/Business Development team and support client acquisition.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate (MBA / Postgraduate preferred).
4 – 9 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong experience in Executive Search methodology.
Expertise in hiring for Discrete and/or Process manufacturing sectors.
Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
High ownership and accountability.
Good Key Account Management capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
