Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, requiring 2+ years of relevant professional experience. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers using C#, .NET, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Key responsibilities include developing new features, optimizing application performance, writing clean and secure code, integrating APIs and third-party services, managing databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves collaborating with product owners, designers, and fellow developers, contributing to architectural discussions, and maintaining technical documentation. The developer is expected to follow established software engineering, testing, security, and deployment best practices to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or a related software development role.
Strong back-end development skills using C#, .NET, Node.js, and database technologies such as MongoDB.
Proficiency in front-end development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, application architecture, and third-party integrations.
Experience with Git/version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or containerized environments.
Good understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, debugging, and application scalability.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code review processes.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, on-site team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience working on fintech, enterprise software, or large-scale digital platforms is an advantage.
