Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Jodhpur. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using C#, .NET, MongoDB, React, and Node.js. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing secure and efficient APIs, building responsive user interfaces, optimizing database queries, and integrating front-end and back-end components.
The role involves participating in code reviews, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features on schedule. The engineer will also contribute to architectural decisions, performance improvements, and continuous integration and deployment practices.
Experience Required: 2+ Years2 Years
Familiarity with C# (.NET), Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
Basic proficiency in MongoDB, including CRUD operations.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting.
Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of basic software development and coding practices.
2 to 4 Years
Strong experience in Node.js backend development.
Hands-on experience with C# (.NET) in real-world projects.
Proficiency in MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
Good understanding of Git workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
Knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices.
Experience developing and maintaining full-stack web applications.
4 to 6 Years
Experience designing scalable backend architectures.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of API and database performance optimization.
Understanding of authentication and authorization best practices.
Experience reviewing code and mentoring junior developers.
Ability to contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
Experience working with production-level applications and performance improvements.
6+ Years
Strong system design and high-level architecture skills.
Team leadership and end-to-end project ownership.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Strong business requirement analysis and technical decision-making skills.
Experience leading technical discussions, code reviews, and development initiatives.
Ability to mentor team members and drive engineering best practices.
Qualifications
Strong back-end web development skills, including experience with C#, .NET, and MongoDB.
Solid front-end development capabilities with React, JavaScript, and CSS.
Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with MERN or similar modern web technology stacks.
Experience with core software development practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and code optimization.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure application design principles.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Jodhpur, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
