Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support company growth.
Talent Management & Succession: Oversee workforce planning, identifying key roles, and building succession pipelines.
Performance & Coaching: Coach managers on leadership practices, performance management, and career development.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage complex employee relations, including disciplinary actions and compliance with labor laws.
Change Management: Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Data Analytics: Use talent metrics and dashboards to identify hotspots and drive informed people decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ of experience as an HR Business Partner for performence management, often requiring a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect HR actions to business results.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting HR data to improve organizational health.
