Senior Production Manager (Open to relocate to Egypt)

Position: Senior Production Manager
Location: Suez, Egypt (Open to candidates willing to relocate)
Experience: 20+ years in production management (Personal care or cosmetic or beauty care products manufacturing mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Strategically plan, supervise, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production facilities.
Lead troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Drive operational excellence by maximizing machine availability and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless plant performance.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable root cause corrective actions.
Oversee maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation with precision.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to production teams, ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and company procedures.
Spearhead installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects for production equipment.
Monitor and report KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, downtime, and maintenance costs, aligning with business objectives.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all activities.
Requirements
Minimum20 years of progressive experience in production management.
Proven track record in Personal care or cosmetic or beauty care products manufacturing mandatory
Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Expertise in managing large teams and complex production environments.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Open to candidates willing to relocate to Egypt
