Job Title: Architect
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 4 Years and above

Role Overview
We are looking for an Architect with 4 years and above of experience to handle architectural design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Create architectural designs and drawings.
Understand client requirements and timelines
Coordinate with engineers and other consultants
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Review construction drawings and materials
Site visits to monitor progress
Manage timelines and resolve design or site-related issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Valid architectural license
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools required
Working knowledge of Revit preferred
Strong design, technical, and communication skills
Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Office-based design work with on-site supervision
