Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in South Delhi. The BIM Architect will be responsible for preparing and managing architectural and construction drawings, developing Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, and coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing submittals, and contributing to project designs aligned with the firm's high standards and innovative approach.
Qualifications
Professional expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
Minimum exp. 3 - 4 years and above
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related tools
Knowledge of Construction Drawings and Submittals
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
Prior experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and advanced construction techniques is an advantage
