We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 63.
🔥 About the Role
We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team in Noida.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, Windows OS, and user support, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support to users through calls, tickets, remote support, and on-site assistance.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and software applications.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and internet connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, and other network devices.
Perform basic IP addressing and subnetting.
Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and support records.
Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines.
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT/network team.
Assist with antivirus, system updates, backups, and basic IT security.
