We are looking for an IT Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Configure and troubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues.
Assist with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor and resolve network-related issues.
Maintain IT assets, systems, and documentation.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
🧠 Technical Knowledge Required
Candidates should have a good understanding of basic networking concepts, including:
Layer 3 Devices: Routers, Layer 3 switches, and other devices that operate at the Network Layer and perform IP-based routing.
Hub vs Switch: Understanding the differences between how hubs and switches forward network traffic.
IPv4 vs IPv6: Basic understanding of IP addressing, addressing formats, and key differences between IPv4 and IPv6.
MAC Address: Understanding what a MAC address is and its role in communication within a local network.
OSI Model: Good understanding of all 7 layers of the OSI Model and the functions of each layer.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting will be an advantage.
👤 Ideal Candidate
6 months to 1 year of relevant IT/technical support experience.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work with different IT technologies.
Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
