Role Description -Senior Executive Human Resources will manage end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on supporting a distributed workforce in a technology and consulting environment. This full-time remote role involves overseeing HR processes, implementing and updating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmations, exits), managing HR documentation, maintaining HRIS data, and coordinating payroll inputs in collaboration with finance. The role will also address employee relations matters, support performance management cycles, drive engagement initiatives, and partner with leadership to support workforce planning and talent development. The Senior Executive HR will collaborate cross-functionally to provide responsive, solution-oriented HR support aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in designing and implementing HR frameworks and practices.
Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including HRIS management, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.
Practical experience in drafting, interpreting, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in IT/consulting or global services organizations, preferably supporting remote and cross-border teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office tools; familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
