About the role and Pindil:
Pindil LLC (https://www.pindil.com )is an early-stage startup that is building a community-driven platform where people can connect, participate in meaningful discussions, provide feedback, test new features, and help shape the future of digital communities. We're looking for Community Participants to join the growing Pindil community. This is a flexible opportunity for individuals who enjoy sharing ideas, testing new experiences, participating in discussions, and helping improve products and services through honest feedback. We believe great products are built with real people, not just for them. Contract is 4 - 6 months with extension opportunity after campaign. No specialized experience is required, just curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to engage.
What You'll Do:
Participate in online discussions and community activities
Share honest opinions and constructive feedback
Test new platform features and experiences
Follow our policies (Our advertisement policy is most commonly violated)
Engage and perform tasks on the platform daily for an hour at 3 specific time slots (12, 3, 6 PM EDT)
Complete surveys, polls, and research activities
Report bugs or usability issues when encountered
Help create a welcoming and respectful community environment
Participate in optional virtual events or beta programs
Qualifications:
Reliable internet connection
Comfortable using web and mobile applications
Respectful, professional, and collaborative attitude
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned activities

If you pass the evaluation, contract will be offered.

Compensation:
$25+ Monthly - Will increase as platform grows
0.15 - 0.5% Equity - Performance based
