Apex Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day work organized, efficient, and reliable. You’ll coordinate internal processes, support our team, and help ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
What you’ll do
Manage daily operations, schedules, resources, and administrative workflows.
Coordinate project timelines and handoffs across the team.
Improve processes for client onboarding, project tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
Identify delays, resolve operational issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
Work with leadership on budgets, vendors, hiring coordination, and team needs.
Maintain clear documentation and systems as the company grows.
What we’re looking for
At least two years of work experience at a digital marketing company.
A calm, composed approach, especially when handling deadlines, changing priorities, or client concerns.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on details.
Confidence using project management, spreadsheet, and business software.
