Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Social Media Management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced brand environment.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
Excellent knowledge of content strategy, audience behaviour, platform algorithms, and current digital trends.
Experience planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns from concept to completion.
Ability to analyse campaign performance using social media analytics and reporting tools.
Strong communication, organisational, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver high quality work within deadlines.
A proactive, creative, and solution oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the social media presence of multiple client brands across various platforms.
Plan, publish, monitor, and optimise content to maximise engagement and brand growth.
Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Identify emerging trends, viral opportunities, and innovative content formats to keep brands ahead of the competition.
Conceptualise and execute end-to-end social media campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers to create impactful campaigns.
Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations that align with campaign objectives.
Work closely with clients to understand their goals, recommend strategic initiatives, and present campaign ideas.
Monitor community engagement and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across platforms.
Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
