Category Manager - Packed Goods (Quick Commerce)

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Category Manager to launch and spearhead our new packed goods division on India's leading quick commerce platforms. You will be the business owner for this category, responsible for building it from the ground up. You will have the autonomy to define the strategy, forge key partnerships, and own the commercial success of this high-potential venture.
What You'll Do (Your Key Responsibilities):
Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our packed goods category on all major quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and others.
P&L Ownership: Own the complete P&L for the category, including setting pricing strategies, managing trade margins and marketing spend, and driving profitable growth.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture powerful strategic partnerships with quick commerce players. Lead joint business planning (JBP) sessions, negotiate commercial terms, and execute best-in-class online marketing campaigns.
Digital Shelf Dominance: Ensure Cruffin stands out online. Masterfully manage our digital shelf, optimizing product listings, content, and using platform tools to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Data-Driven Growth: Immerse yourself in sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities. Use analytics to drive all strategic and tactical decisions, from promotion planning to inventory forecasting.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with our production and supply chain teams to manage forecasting, demand planning, and inventory, ensuring high fill rates and impeccable product quality on delivery.
Brand Building Online: Work with the marketing team to translate Cruffin's unique brand identity into compelling digital campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and fierce customer loyalty.
Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):
Experienced: You have 4+ years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or a key account management role within the FMCG, CPG, or Food & Beverage industry in India.
Q-Commerce Expert: You have direct, hands-on experience managing a brand or category on Indian quick commerce platforms. You know the ecosystem, the key players, and the levers for growth inside-out.
Commercially Sharp: You have a proven track record of P&L ownership and are a skilled negotiator who can build win-win relationships.
Analytical Powerhouse: You are highly analytical and adept at using data to build strategy and drive results. Advanced Excel skills are a must.
Founder's Mindset: You are a self-starter with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the challenge of building a business.
Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate a clear vision and build strong, collaborative relationships both internally and with external partners.
